Three questions we hear most

In most whole-home and kitchen projects, yes. The plan keeps at least one working bathroom and a temporary cooking setup available, and the dust barrier isolates the active zone. Homes with a single bathroom, or with very young children, may benefit from a short stay elsewhere during the demolition week, and we will say so honestly during the walkthrough rather than after the work begins.

Spring and early summer fill first, often several weeks out. Send a message with the room list and your target start, and we will tell you the realistic slot and the lead time for the materials involved. Large additions may need a longer runway because engineering, permitting and roofing lead times all sit on the critical path.

Photos of the rooms, any drawings or permits already on file, a list of what bothers you most about the current layout, and a rough budget range. If you have sample materials you like, bring them, but do not worry about having every decision made. The first visit is for measuring and understanding, not for selecting grout colors.
