1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the website published at mrqzrenovations.autos and the personal information that MRQZ Renovations LLC receives when a visitor submits a contact form, sends an email, places a phone call or requests a renovation walkthrough. It also covers information gathered during the walkthrough itself and during the delivery of renovation services, to the extent that information is stored or processed in connection with our business records.

This policy does not cover the practices of other companies, including the suppliers, trade partners, software vendors and payment providers that may be involved in a project. Those organizations maintain their own privacy notices, and we encourage you to review them when they are presented to you. This policy also does not cover information that you share with third parties independently of the Company, such as information posted on a public review platform or sent to a contractor that you hired separately.

The website is intended for visitors in the United States, with the primary service area around Salt Lake City and the surrounding communities of the Wasatch Front. If you access the site from another country, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local law. The Company does not target the site specifically to residents of other jurisdictions.

2. Information we collect

The Company collects two broad categories of information. The first is information that you choose to give us. The second is information that is generated automatically when a browser requests a page from our web server. We keep collection intentionally narrow, and we do not ask for information that is not useful for answering your inquiry or coordinating your project.

In practical terms, the information we may hold includes your name, your email address, your phone number, the address of the property under consideration, the rooms or systems you want to discuss, the timeline you are working toward, photographs or drawings you choose to send, and the content of messages exchanged with us. For active projects, it may also include contract details, change orders, inspection notes, warranty records and payment correspondence.

We do not collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health records or precise geolocation data through this website. If a payment is made by check or bank transfer during a project, the financial institution involved handles the transaction, and we retain only the records necessary for accounting and tax purposes.

3. Information you provide voluntarily

When you use the contact form, the fields ask for your name, email address, subject line and message. The form prepares an email in your own email program and sends it to support@mrqzrenovations.autos. The Company does not operate a hidden database behind that form. The information reaches us as an ordinary email, and it is handled in the same way as any other message sent to our support address.

When you call +19069997424, you may leave a voicemail. Voicemail records typically include your phone number, the time of the call and whatever information you choose to state. We listen to voicemail, transcribe the relevant details into our project notes and delete recordings that are no longer needed. Please avoid leaving sensitive personal information in a voicemail when a short message asking for a return call would be enough.

During a walkthrough, we take measurements, notes and photographs of the property. You may also give us drawings, permits, inspection reports or material samples. Anything you hand over is treated as project material and is stored with the project file. If you prefer that a particular item not be photographed or recorded, tell us at the visit and we will note the exclusion in the file.

4. Technical information and server logs

Like nearly every website, our hosting environment records basic technical information when a page is requested. This typically includes the internet protocol address of the requesting device, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page when one is supplied, the browser type and version, and the operating system. These records are used to keep the site available, diagnose errors and understand which pages are useful to visitors.

Server logs are generated automatically and are not used to identify individual visitors by name. We do not combine log data with contact form submissions to build profiles, and we do not sell or rent log data. Logs are retained for a limited period consistent with hosting operations and ordinary security practice, after which they are deleted or overwritten in the normal course of system maintenance.

The site does not include analytics trackers, advertising pixels or social media widgets that report your browsing behavior to other companies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, and the update will describe the new tool and its purpose.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The public pages of this site are built to work without cookies. The site does not set advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or cookies that follow you to other websites. If a future feature requires a cookie for a specific function, such as remembering a form draft, the cookie will be described here and will be limited to that function.

Your browser may store cached copies of pages and stylesheets to load the site faster. Caching is controlled by your browser settings and by standard hosting configuration, not by the Company. You can clear cached files at any time through your browser preferences without affecting your ability to use the site.

If you arrive at the site through a search engine or another link, that referring service may have its own cookies in place before you reach us. Those cookies belong to the referring service and are governed by its privacy notice. The Company does not control them and does not receive the information they contain.

6. How we use information

We use the information described above for a small number of connected purposes. The first is to respond to your inquiry, answer your questions and arrange a walkthrough. The second is to prepare a written scope and coordinate the trades, materials and inspections needed for a project. The third is to maintain business records, including contracts, change orders, invoices and warranty documentation. The fourth is to keep the website secure and functional. The fifth is to comply with legal, tax and insurance obligations.

We also use project information to improve our own planning. For example, if several clients in a neighborhood ask about the same plumbing constraint, we may note the pattern in internal guidance so future scopes account for it earlier. This internal use relies on aggregated or de-identified observations wherever possible, and it does not result in marketing messages being sent to people who did not ask for them.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use your information to train external artificial intelligence systems, and we do not license project photographs to stock libraries or advertisers.

8. Project records and photographs

Renovation work generates a detailed record. We photograph existing conditions before demolition, waterproofing before tile, rough-in work before wall closure, and the finished rooms at closeout. These photographs protect both the client and the Company: they document what was found, what was installed and what was corrected. Photographs are stored in the project file and are shared only with the people who need them for the work.

We do not publish client photographs on this website or on social media without a separate written permission. If permission is given, it can be limited to particular rooms or particular platforms, and it can be withdrawn later for future use. Withdrawal does not require the removal of printed archival records that are retained for legal or insurance purposes.

Project files also include notes about access, pets, parking, alarm codes and preferred communication methods. These notes exist so that crews can work respectfully in an occupied home. Access codes are removed from the file at closeout, and any physical keys are returned and documented.

9. Sharing information with others

The Company does not sell personal information. We do not rent contact lists, and we do not trade client details for advertising. Information is shared only when it is needed to deliver the service you requested, to comply with the law or to protect the safety of people and property.

During a project, relevant details are shared with the trades and suppliers whose work depends on them. A cabinet maker may receive room measurements and finish selections. An electrician may receive the panel schedule and the locations of new circuits. An inspector may receive drawings and permit numbers. In each case the information is limited to what the recipient needs to perform the task.

We may also disclose information when required by a court order, subpoena or other lawful request, when necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm. If the business is sold or reorganized, project records may transfer as part of the business assets, subject to the commitments in this policy.

10. Service providers and processors

The Company relies on a small set of service providers for hosting, email, accounting and document storage. These providers process information on our instructions and are expected to protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures. They are not permitted to use client information for their own marketing.

Email is a good example. Messages sent to support@mrqzrenovations.autos pass through an email provider before reaching our inbox. That provider necessarily handles message content and metadata in order to deliver it. We choose providers that offer reasonable security features, and we review those arrangements from time to time as the business changes.

Some providers operate infrastructure in other countries. Where information crosses a border, we rely on the provider contractual commitments and on legal mechanisms that are recognized for the transfer. We do not send project files to providers that cannot describe how data is protected.

11. How long we keep information

Inquiry messages that do not lead to a project are kept for a limited period so that we can answer follow-up questions and recognize returning clients. When that period ends, the messages are deleted from the active inbox and from project notes that reference them.

Project records, contracts, change orders, invoices and warranty documents are kept for the period required by tax law, insurance practice and the warranty terms of the work performed. Photographs that document construction and waterproofing are kept for the same period because they may be needed to support a warranty claim or a future repair.

Access codes, key records and temporary contact details are removed at closeout. Server logs follow the hosting retention schedule described in section four. When a retention period ends, information is deleted or rendered unreadable in the normal course of system maintenance.

12. How we protect information

We protect information with a combination of access control, device security and practical habit. Project files are stored in accounts that require a password and, where available, a second factor. Devices used for business are kept updated and locked when unattended. Paper notes taken on site are transferred to the project file and shredded when they are no longer needed.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Email in particular is not a sealed channel, so please avoid sending highly sensitive documents by ordinary email when another method would work. If you need to share something confidential for a project, tell us and we will suggest a more suitable route.

If a security incident affects personal information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain the incident and notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law. We will also describe the nature of the incident and the steps taken in plain language, without minimizing the impact.

13. Your privacy rights

You may ask the Company what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of that information, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. You may also object to certain uses, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, and ask for a portable copy of information you provided to us.

To make a request, write to support@mrqzrenovations.autos with enough detail for us to identify the relevant records. We may ask for verification so that we do not release information to the wrong person. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will explain any legal reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request in whole or in part.

You will not be charged for a reasonable request, and we will not treat a privacy request as a reason to end a project or refuse service. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, where one applies, or seek advice from a consumer protection office.

14. Privacy for Children

This website is intended for adults who are planning renovation work. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If you believe that a child has submitted information to us, contact support@mrqzrenovations.autos and we will delete the information promptly.

Renovation projects sometimes take place in homes where children live. During a walkthrough or a workday, crews may interact briefly with younger family members, but we do not record their details in project files unless a parent or guardian provides the information for a practical reason, such as access or scheduling. Any such note is kept to the minimum necessary and removed at closeout.

16. Changes to this policy

We review this policy when our tools, our services or the law change. When a revision is material, we update the effective date at the top of the page and, where we hold an email address for you, we may send a short notice describing the change. Continued use of the site after an update means that you accept the revised policy.

Earlier versions of this policy can be requested from support@mrqzrenovations.autos. We keep prior versions so that clients can see what commitments applied at the time they shared information with us.

17. How to contact us

Questions about this policy, or requests concerning personal information, should be sent to the Company at the following details. Please include a clear subject line so that the message reaches the right person.

If you prefer to speak by phone, call +19069997424 during business hours. Messages left outside those hours are returned on the next business day. The Company appreciates the time you take to read this policy and welcomes questions that help make it clearer.
